Application Process

Upon acceptance to CWU, you will receive an Acceptance Book with all the details of the residence halls and the room and board contract. Please complete the room and board contract and submit it with the $200 deposit to Cashiers, 400 East University Way, Ellensburg, WA 98926-7491.

Room assignments are made on a first come, first serve basis according to the deposit date. If you did not receive your Acceptance Book, please call Admissions at (509) 963-1211.

Assignment letters for fall quarter are mailed in August. Remember, there is a live-in requirement for first-year students. For details, please read the Residence Hall Live-in Requirements.
