Rates include electricity, heat, water, sewer and refuse services, free Internet or Ethernet service (depending on the complex) FM-TV cable service and local telephone service (except for Brooklane Village; however, you must furnish the telephone instrument and pay long distance calls.) Student Village, Brooklane Village, and Wahle are available to students who have completed one academic year of college or are 20 years of age. Coin-operated laundry facilities are centrally located in all complexes. Floor plans for individual units are available on the Housing Website at: www.cwu.edu/housing. Faculty/Staff and non-students rates are an additional $100 per month. (You will need approval from University Housing).

Note - Telephone service is not included in rental rates for Brooklane Village apartments. Telephone service may be arranged with Fairpoint Communications, located at: 305 N. Ruby St., or by calling Fairpoint Communications at: 1-800-400-5568.
Additional Occupant Surcharge - One extra occupant may be added in each of the above instances. However, when this occurs, rent will be increased $100 for the additional tenant per month, and be equally divided among the tenants in the apartment for utility consumption and extra wear and tear on the apartment.
