University Housing currently maintains studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments, for students with children, married couples (must provide a marriage certificate), and single students. All students are an important component of the overall CWU residential services program. Apartment rates include: water, heat, electricity, sewer and refuse services, and extended (+70 channels), TV-FM cable basic service (cable hookups may be purchased at the CWU Bookstore). All complexes are provided with a landline telephone number, except Brooklane Village. (You will need to provide the telephone instrument itself). The University provides, high-speed internet for all complexes, except for Brooklane and Wahle, which has DSL/Wifi.  This package system enables residents to make one easy combined payment.
