At the core of all universities are the educational processes and the learning done by our students. Central is no different as we take pride in the scholastic system on campus. NRHH commits itself to recognizing academics on campus. We are consistently thinking of new ways to encourage residents  to study and take pride in their classes.

Here are few academic programs we have done in the past:

  • Pi Day: March 14 (3.14) falls right around CWU's Winter Quarter finals. The Tom Ogg Chapter uses this day as a study day to prepare for finals. In the past, pies have been provided to the Chapter and served in the Student Union to welcome people to join the study groups.

  • Study Day Desserts: This program is typically held on Fall Quarter's study day. This is a study that is set aside campus-wide for studying and preparing for finals. NRHH hosts an event providing desserts and snacks to those who attend.

  • Pencil Distribution: NRHH often distributes pencils before and during finals week to help prepare students for the week ahead.
