Holiday Dinner Registration

Before you purchase tickets, we would like to know more about your party.

Just a reminder! Beginning at 6 p.m. enjoy wassail or wine and holiday carols. The event officially commences at 7:00 p.m.

First Course : Cranberry and toasted pumpkin seeds with mixed winter greens. Dressed with a raspberry vinaigrette
Main Entrée: Seared Herb Crusted Chicken breast with roasted apple, sage mashed potatoes, and sauteed green beans.  Finished with a cider glaze.
Vegetarian Entrée:  Sauteed wild mushrooms served over a fresh thyme scented sweet potato hash.  Garnished with thyme oil and fried sage leaves. 
Dessert: New York Style Cheesecake with a spun sugar nest and caramel sauce.
