We encourage all students to participate in CWU's student-run clubs and organizations. Clubs provide students with networking opportunities, professional experience, and personal development. Clubs also help connect students who share similar interests and goals, enriching the overall college experience.
Nutrition Science Club: The NSC provides opportunities for students to use their knowledge and skills in performing service activities, learn about career opportunities, discuss academic planning, and engage in recreational activities.
Public Health and Pre-Nursing Club: This group is self-supporting, but faculty assist in moderation. It strives to be recognized as a CWU Student Club through Academic Senate. This club provides students opportunities to engage with faculty and the greater Ellensburg Community through meaningful work. For more information, please contact Keegan Jolly.
Student Academic Senate: The SAS is comprised of student senators from each department on campus. The current Health Sciences Senator is Sarah Tracey.
Black Student Union: "The Black Student union serves as an expressive medium to educate, celebrate, unify, and share variants of Afro/African/Black culture within Central Washington University and all over the world."
EQuAl: "EQuAl is a CWU organization that provides a safe and liberating space for members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies. We share resources, and educational opportunities, provide a sense of community for our members, and have lots of fun!"
