Class Descriptions

Battling Ropes Bootcamp (45 mins): This is our newest format in the groupfitness program.  Battling ropes are large ropes you've probably seen on television programs like the biggest looser and extreme weight loss challenge.  Battling ropes are very a challenging way to train your entire body.  You'll experience a upper body and core workout like you've never experienced before.  Get arms, shoulders and abs like you've always wanted.

  Abs & Glutes (45 mins): 45 minutes of only abs and glutes this class is sure to make you sweat!  This intense workout will focus entirely on making those tummies and hind ends work like they never have.  Non-impact and efficient, you will definitely “feel the burn” and be begging for more!  This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

HIIT Boot Camp (45 mins): Looking for a super-challenging workout?  HIIT Boot Camp is where it’s at!  HIIT stands for high intensity interval training and it is the training principle that a lot of the new workout you see everywhere are based on.  This class combines cardio and agility drills, challenging your body on all levels.  Expect sport conditioning types of intervals, while using a wide variety of equipment.  And although this class is a tough one, all levels can enjoy a great workout, as modifications are offered for all fitness levels.

Total Body Conditioning (45 mins):  No one every drowned in sweat. That’s what you’re going to have to remind yourself in this 45 minute total body workout! You’ll be using only your body weight to sculpt strong muscles in your upper body, lower body, and core. Plyometrics, agility, and pure cardio will make you work every muscle group, so prepare to get your heart racing and sweat pouring! Total Body Conditioning is a great workout for everyone, and plenty of options are available for all fitness levels.

Yoga (45 mins): This class moves rapidly through yoga poses and sequences, increasing your heart rate and challenging your body.  Using the breath to connect one posture to the next, expect to improve your balance and flexibility while giving your heart a workout and your mind a break.  We’ll conclude each class with classic yoga stretching postures and a few moments of final relaxation.  Fitness Yoga is a hatha style of yoga, following the principles of vinyasa, or “flow”, yoga.  And it’s perfect for beginners and advanced yogis, alike!

Cycling (45 mins): Get the most bang for your buck with Cycling!  Our indoor cycling classes are tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals, while providing the most energizing and entertaining outdoor-inspired rides.  Each of our instructors teaches slightly different from each other, providing a different type of coaching and music selection for each class… you’re guaranteed to find a favorite!  And during your Cycling workout, you can burn between 400-700 calories- that’s tough  to beat!  Just don’t forget your water or a sweat towel, you’ll need it in this class!  All fitness levels are welcome in this class.

Zumba® (45 mins): Looking for a more motivating and flat out fun way to work out?  Then Zumba® is for you!  This class fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves to create a workout unlike any other.  The goal is simple: dance like nobody’s watching and have more fun than you’ve ever experienced in a workout class!  You don’t want to miss this one!  Zumba® is a great workout for all ages and fitness levels and no dance experience is required.

Suspension Bootcamp (45 mins):  Suspension training is a form of resistance training that includes bodyweight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed. These are done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously.  Bottom line is this class will train everything and do it the whole class.  Suspension classes focus on integrating core exercise in every movement.  

Cycle/Suspension (45 min):  This class combines the great cardio calorie burn of a cycling class and the intense core workout of a suspension class.  This combination will keep you entire body guessing what your instructor will throw at it next helping you achieve a next level fitness. 

Cycle/core (45 mins):  Get the hips thighs and legs you’ve always wanted and the core in the same class.  30 minutes of cycling can burn up to 400 calories (1) that makes the combination of cycling and core training great for most people trying to slim down and tone their muscles.
