You’ll be using only your body weight to sculpt strong muscles in your upper body, lower body, and core. Plyometrics, agility, and pure cardio will make you work every muscle group, so prepare to get your heart racing and sweat pouring! Total Body Conditioning is a great workout for everyone, and plenty of options are available for all fitness levels.
Pilates: A basic mat pilates class that may incorporate the stability ball for added work. You’ll sculpt a leaner, tighter body in a controlled, non-impact class and improve core strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. Pilates is appropriate for all fitness levels and is especially beneficial for those experiencing low back pain!
Cycling: Get the most bang for your buck with indoor cycling! Our indoor cycling classes are tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals, while providing the most energizing and entertaining outdoor-inspired rides. Each of our instructors teaches slightly different from each other, providing a different type of coaching and music selection for each class… you’re guaranteed to find a favorite! And during your cycling workout, you can burn between 400-700 calories- that’s tough to beat! Just don’t forget your water or a sweat towel, you’ll need it in this class! All fitness levels are welcome in this class.
Restorative Yoga: Designed to lift your physical energy and calm your mind, this slower-paced yoga class focuses on individual poses, as opposed to flowing through poses like we do in Power Yoga. This is a perfect class for beginning yogis, those with specific physical needs, anyone rehabbing an injury or individuals looking for a mental break from the chaos of daily life and workouts. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Zumba: Looking for a more motivating and flat out fun way to work out? Then Zumba® is for you! This class fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves to create a workout unlike any other. The goal is simple: dance like nobody’s watching and have more fun than you’ve ever experienced in a workout class! You don’t want to miss this one! Zumba® is a great workout for all ages and fitness levels and no dance experience is required.
30/20/10: 60 minutes of a total body workout! This class is 30 minutes of cycling which will get your heart rate up and that sweat pouring, followed by 20 minutes of total body conditioning to strengthen and tone, and lastly 10 minutes of all abs! This is a one stop shop and is guaranteed to get you sweating and put a smile on your face!
Sunrise Yoga: Designed to lift your energy in the morning, enjoy this slower-paced class that focuses on how you feel in each pose. This is the perfect class to start your day, as you’ll pay special attention to your alignment in each pose while rejuvenating your body and mind. And don’t forget your towel- holding poses can be challenging and sweaty!
