Bootcamp: Looking for a great workout? Boot Camp is where it’s at! This class combines cardio and agility drills to challenge your body on all levels. Expect sport conditioning types of intervals, while using a wide variety of equipment. And although this class is a tough one, all levels can enjoy a great workout, as modifications are offered for all fitness levels.
R.I.P.P.E.D.: A total body, high-intensity training program. This class integrates power, resistance, plyometrics, intervals, and endurance into an amazing 60 minute class! If you are ready to challenge your body and get effective training results, this is the class for you.
Total Body Conditioning: No one every drowned in sweat. That’s what you’re going to have to remind yourself in this 45 minute total body workout! You’ll be using only your body weight to sculpt strong muscles in your upper body, lower body, and core. Plyometrics, agility, and pure cardio will make you work every muscle group, so prepare to get your heart racing and sweat pouring! Total Body Conditioning is a great workout for everyone, and plenty of options are available for all fitness levels.
Rise, Ride & Reps: Need a great way to start your day? This 75 minute class will wake you up! 40 minutes of cycling, 20 minutes of strength training, and 15 minutes of straight abdominal work, if that doesn’t get you up and going what will? This class is suitable for all levels, even you night owls.
Pilates: A basic mat pilates class that may incorporate the stability ball for added work. You’ll sculpt a leaner, tighter body in a controlled, non-impact class and improve core strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. Pilates is appropriate for all fitness levels and is especially beneficial for those experiencing low back pain!
Cycling: Get the most bang for your buck with indoor cycling! Our indoor cycling classes are tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals, while providing the most energizing and entertaining outdoor-inspired rides. Each of our instructors teaches slightly different from each other, providing a different type of coaching and music selection for each class… you’re guaranteed to find a favorite! And during your cycling workout, you can burn between 400-700 calories- that’s tough to beat! Just don’t forget your water or a sweat towel, you’ll need it in this class! All fitness levels are welcome in this class.
Power Yoga: This class moves rapidly through yoga poses and sequences, increasing your heart rate and challenging your body. Using the breath to connect one posture to the next, expect to improve your balance and flexibility while giving your heart a workout and your mind a break. We’ll conclude each class with classic yoga stretching postures and a few moments of final relaxation. Fitness Yoga is a hatha style of yoga, following the principles of vinyasa, or “flow”, yoga. And it’s perfect for beginners and advanced yogis, alike!
Restorative Yoga: Designed to lift your physical energy and calm your mind, this slower-paced yoga class focuses on individual poses, as opposed to flowing through poses like we do in Power Yoga. This is a perfect class for beginning yogis, those with specific physical needs, anyone rehabbing an injury or individuals looking for a mental break from the chaos of daily life and workouts. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Express Cycle: A half- hour of pure calorie burning cardio! This 30 minute class is sure to raise your heart rate, as well as strengthen and sculpt your legs. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Zumba: Looking for a more motivating and flat out fun way to work out? Then Zumba® is for you! This class fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves to create a workout unlike any other. The goal is simple: dance like nobody’s watching and have more fun than you’ve ever experienced in a workout class! You don’t want to miss this one! Zumba® is a great workout for all ages and fitness levels and no dance experience is required.
