Manuel Rodriguez 

Executive Director of Game On!

Greetings, My name is Manuel Rodriguez, and I have the honor of serving as Executive Director for the Game On! Program at Central Washington University. It is very rewarding to work with middle and high school students through this youth innovation and leadership development approach on a daily basis. In addition, CWU students and colleagues, as well as our program partners Real Madrid Foundation and Microsoft Corporation, and other program supporters are fully dedicated to providing a unique, hands-on, and life changing experience to our student participants. I look forward to sharing
student successes as we continue to provide meaningful opportunities and our students.

Omar Manzo

Program Coordinator for Game on!

Hola, ¿qué tal everyone? My full name is Omar Manzo Díaz. I am originally from the Yakima Valley and currently call Moxee home. I have had the privilege to work with Game On! since it started a couple years ago. This year I assist in coordinating our program with our partner schools in Yakima as the Program Coordinator. It is a blessing being able to work with my community and live close to home. Jessica Ortega-Mendez

Program Assistant for Game On!

Hello everyone! My name is Jessica Ortega- Mendez, and this is my 5th year at Central Washington University. I am from Sedro-Woolley Washington. My major is Family and Consumer Science Education, and my goal is to become a health, cooking, sewing, and child development high school teacher. I am currently the Program Assistant for the Game On! Program, and I provide administrative support and assist with facilitating coding sessions for our school partners.                                                                                                                                                                               

Osvaldo Sanchez Velasco

Programmer/Community Liaison for Game On!

Hello everyone, my name is Osvaldo Sanchez and I am currently a second year student here at Central Washington University. I am a first generation student and graduated from Quincy High School. I intend to major in Information Technology and Administrative Management, with a double specialization in Administrative Management and Web & Database Administration. Currently I am a Programmer/Community Liaison for the Game On! program where I help with developing and facilitating coding sessions. Other responsibilities include website and social media maintenance and 
management, as well as with editing Game On! Program related images and video.

Angel Guzman

Programmer/Community Liaison for Game On!

Hello everyone, my name is Angel Guzman. I am from Bonney Lake, Washington. I am a third year student at Central Washington University. My major is Law and Justice and I plan to go to law school here in Washington. I want to become a prosecuting attorney, my life-long dream career. At Game On! I develop and prepare soccer training sessions that incorporate Real Madrid Foundation’s social sport curriculum. I also visit schools and facilitate these soccer sessions with our school partners and students. I love soccer, so for the sport to be incorporated into a job is exciting.

Bethany Lamas

Programmer/Community Liaison for Game On!

Hello, I am a second year student here at CWU from the Yakima Valley. I attended Running Start through Yakima Valley Community College and earned my Associate Degree. I plan to double major in Spanish and Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management. I currently serve as a Programmer/Community Liaison for the Game On! program where I partake in facilitating soccer and coding sessions. I work with our middle and high school partners in the Yakima and Kittitas area, facilitating soccer sessions and assisting with coding sessions.
