The James E. Brooks Library will host its 1st annual Gala and Silent Auction from 6:30 – 10:30 pm on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at the CWU Brooks Library. It is hoped that the Gala will become the Library’s single most important community outreach and fundraising event. Our goal is to raise awareness and funding for current library activities and showcase CWU student and faculty talent. The evening will feature entertainment by local bands and artists, poetry and dramatic readings by CWU faculty and students, and ‘dancing in the library’. For more information about attending, donating an auction item or other sponsorship opportunity please call Michele Reilly at 509-963-2117 or email email@example.com.
