Support students as they pursue and achieve their goals. Provide tools and resources to scholars in support of reaching milestone goals.

Duties & Responsibilities: 
(Duties & Responsibilities) Support students as they pursue and achieve their goals. Provide tools and resources to scholars in support of reaching milestone goals including: meeting with faculty during office hours, utilizing academic advising, getting involved in extra-curricular activities, conducting early career exploration activities and filing financial aid renewals on-line. Facilitate weekly group meetings with mentees to meet program curriculum deliverables. Share experiences and lesion learned regarding your own educational career. Maintain weekly contact with each scholar via phone, text and/or email. Meet face-to-face with scholars on a regular and ongoing basis, once per month minimum. Conduct check-ins with scholars to assist them in accessing campus and community resources, and provide referrals to campus and CSF staff. Work individually and collaboratively to help students maintain communication with campus and local service providers. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications / Sills Needed: 
(Skills) Minimum college sophomore standing. Currently enrolled fulltime (12 quarterly credits) preferred. Maintain a minimum 2.75 cumulative G”A preferred. Free of campus and civil judicial sanctions.
