Students attend Quinnipiac G.A.M.E Forum

Eric Staats, Grant Lawson, Julie Penwell, and Amir Hilahli were selected to attend the three day G.A.M.E. Forum finance conference with Dr. Thomas Tenerelli, in Manhattan, New York, using funds provided by a generous donor family, Jean and Joe Adams.

The G.A.M.E. Forum is a finance conference for students and professionals that brings together people from across the U.S. and world to learn from finance superstars in the investing industry, the media, and government.

Sessions included those teaching how high current stock market values are current events and trends in the macroeconomy. They also discussed the risk of recession, stock valuation methods, women in finance, finance career options, and student managed investment funds.

Congratulations to these four excellent students and thank you to Dr. Tenerelli for escorting them to the conference during his spring break.

Also, a trip to New York would not be complete without seeing such sights as Wall Street and the Wall Street Bull, the 9/11 Memorial, Trinity Church, the Statue of Liberty, NYU and Washington Square Park, Greenwich Village, Chinatown, Little Italy, or the Brooklyn Bridge at sunset.
