Within our web site you will find all kinds of information about Student Teaching and Field Experience.  You will find information about what geographic areas we service and who our field supervisors are, as well as their qualifications.  In addition, you will find all the forms necessary to successfully complete our student teaching program, including important information about the edTPA (Teacher Performance Assessment).

Student Teaching (EFC 480) 

Fall 2021: January 15, 2021. The student teaching application will be available here by Monday, November 2nd. 

You can begin preparing for information for your student teaching application now:

  • Review our placement map and think about the top three areas you would like to student teach.

  • Listen to our Teacher Certification webinar to prepare all of your items for submission with your application.

    • Please note - the dates in the webinar do not apply to fall student teaching applicants.

    • To turn on audio, click "Present" and then click the speaker button in the bottom right hand corner of the second slide.

  • Revise your student teaching resume using our tip sheet.
