The Family Resource Center relies on undergraduate and graduate student involvement to offer services to families.

Student Roles:
- Provide childcare while parents are attending classes.
- Assist in marketing of services and recruitment of families.
- Development of educational materials for families.
- Plan and implement new FRC programs.
- Co-lead groups for children and families.
- Assist in family-related research.
Benefits of Involvement:
Students receive experience working with children and families, which can be valuable for social service or family education careers or as preparation for graduate school.
Students who volunteer at the FRC can receive course credit for their service or can use the hours for practicum or civic engagement requirements.
