Thank you for your interest in the FIG: Forward in Grief group offered for free through the Family Resource Center! We typically begin programs in January, April, and October. Please complete the form below if you're interested in the upcoming January group or to get on the waiting list.
FIG: Forward in Grief is a combination support and educational grief group for emerging adults (18-30 years old) who have experienced the death of a parent(s). They must have lost their parent(s) when they were between the ages of 18 and 30. The group is designed for participants to learn about their unique grief in a safe place, practice reconciling their grief, and experience a little break from their grief through fun activities.
