Grupe Center Scheduling
The Grupe Faculty Center is available for use at the sole discretion of the Faculty Senate. Faculty must submit a request form below.
Events may be scheduled Monday - Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m to 10:00 p.m.
To schedule recurring events, such as regular meetings, on different dates, please submit a separate request form for each event. Please make a note in the comment box stating that you are scheduling a recurring event and will be submitting multiple requests.
Please review the Grupe Faculty Center Guidelines for Use, found here. If you are serving alcohol, you must obtain a banquet permit and receive permission to serve alcohol on campus. Information may be found at http://www.cwu.edu/student-union/banquet-permit-request. If you need food services, please contact Catering Services at: http://www.cwu.edu/catering/.
