Request Categories:
- Campus repair and maintenance is an essential part of the on-going care and upkeep of any building.  It responds to the requests such as; uncomfortable room temperature; dripping faucets, clogged toilets or leaking sinks; power malfunction or burned out light bulbs; scratched or faded walls; broken doors or windows; etc.
 
- Project requests involve renovation or construction of any kind, may require architectural or engineering services and a building permit.
 
- Service requests involve hanging plaques/pictures, additional locks, desk height adjustments or painting beyond planned maintenance cycles etc.  A service request typically requires funding (PID#).
 
- Space change requests involve moving, remodeling, changing room usage or relocation (i.e.: changing a conference room into an office; remodeling which alters a floor plan; relocating an operation to a different building; exchange of space between departments, etc.

Campus Repair and Maintenance Request
For online input of campus repair and maintenance requests:
1. Sign into MyCWU.
2. Click on “MyCWU Links”.
3. Click on “Campus Repair & Maintenance”.
4. Click on “Submit Campus Repair and Maintenance Request”.
5. Complete form.

Other Facilities Requests (i.e.: Project Request, Service Request, Space Change Request)
To generate an online request for an estimate for work being considered, such as capital project request, service request and space change request:
1. Click above to sign into the online Facilities Request Form. 
2. Login with your CWU username and password.  On the welcome page, there is a simple introduction about the process.
3. Click on “Submit a New Request” on the left navigation menu and complete the form.
