Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Students who are locked out follow these procedures:

1. Student should attempt to contact their roommate, if applicable.

2. Student should attempt to contact a staff member within the building/apartment in the assigned living area.

3. If the student is unable to contact any of the staff within the building/apartment they can call the ResLife Office at (509) 963-1323.  The On-Call Professional Housing Staff Member will be notified.  Response time may be up to 30 minutes.

Monday through Thursday, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. and Friday through Sunday (beginning Friday at 7:00 p.m.)

Each residence hall and on-campus apartment complex has a phone number, which is posted throughout the buildings/apartments for students to use and contact the hall/apartment staff.  Staff is available Monday through Thursday beginning at 7:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.; then beginning on Friday at 7:00 p.m. and ending Mondays at 7:00 a.m. the staff are available 24 hours.
