Directions to Jongeward from either Seattle or Spokane:

• Take Exit 109 off of I-90.
• Go North on Canyon Road; the street name will change to Main St. at the second light.
• Stay on Canyon Road/ Main Street and follow it to 11th Ave.
• Turn right onto 11th Ave.
• Follow 11th Ave. for about 2 1/2 blocks; Jongeward will be on the left-hand side of the street.
• Turn left into the Jongeward Building visitor parking lot.

To hand-deliver bids:

• Follow the directions to Jongeward described above.
• Use the Motor Pool entrance shown on the vicinity map.
