Central Stores supports the University's mission by providing over 4000 commonly used items. Central Stores operates from a 7500 sq. ft. facility in the Jongeward Building off "D" Street across from the Science Building. Walk-in counter service is provided. Several purchasing options are available.

Faculty and Staff Purchases

Items can be purchased by phone, fax, e-mail or dropping by Central Stores. An established work order is needed to order by budgets. A work order can be obtained by calling Facilities Management at (509) 963-3000. A budget number is needed for an authorized purchase.

Student Purchases

1. Students need to stop by Central Stores, check out available products to see how much they cost, then obtain a Central Stores receipt for items they wish to purchase.
2. Take the Central Stores receipt to the Cashiers Office and pay cash or credit for the products.
3. Return to Central Stores with the Cashiers Office receipt to pick up the products.
