According to her nominators, “Nancy manages the Guest Parking Services, and student parking enforcement officers as well as conducting parking enforcement operations. Nancy is responsible for the coordination of parking between numerous departments on campus as well as visitors to the university all while keeping track of permits issued for auditing purposes.
“Nancy, on many days, starts her work day at 4 a.m. so that she can conduct enforcement and open the Welcome Center. Nancy trains and oversees four student parking enforcement officers and three students at Guest Parking Services. Most often, Nancy is one of the first people that visitors speak to at CWU. Nancy is, hands down, the type of employee that every employer wants. She has passion about her job and works extremely hard to make sure that the people she interacts with get the best customer service possible. Not only are the CWU Police and Parking Services grateful to have Nancy, the entire CWU community is a better place because of her drive and dedication.”
