Noteworthy Info:

  • I was most recently served as an Assistant Professor and Director of Field Services at Adams State College in Alamosa, CO. I was an adjunct instructor at Boise State University and a Title I Coordinator for the State Dept. of Education in Boise, Idaho. I have a passion for creating exemplary teachers and have developed training programs for teachers and paraeducators. I also was the warden’s assistant in a minimum security prison for the Idaho Dept. of Correction while I finished my dissertation, the Newspaper in Education Coordinator at The Idaho Statesman newspaper and an Education Business Connections Manager for the School to Work program. I enjoy being involved in the community and spending leisure time in the mountains. Originally from Idaho, I am happy to be back in the Pacific Northwest and love Ellensburg! My husband, Russ, and I share 5 grown children, 5 grandchildren and 3 small, very spoiled dogs.
