The Associated School of Construction (ASC) is for the development and advancement of construction education, where the sharing of ideas and knowledge inspires, guides and promotes excellence in curricula, teaching, research and service. Four CWU's Construction Management teams competed in the ASC Region 7 student competition, in Reno Feburary 11-14th 2009.
The students and faculty coaches have worked long hours but their work has not been without notice. Industry judges awarded the students with a 1st place award of $1,500 for the Commercial Team, 2nd place for Heavy Civil award of $1,000 and 2nd place for Multi Family award of $1,000.
