Late charge of $1.00 per minute that a parent is late past 5:30 pm. $2.00 charge for each missing Signature or time entry on daily sign-in Sheets
Red Room Sample Activities:
The two favorite activities for the Red Room Children are play dough and sticking things on contact paper.
The children at this age (2-3) are very sensory, and they never get tired of either of these activities.
Here is the recipe for play dough:
- 1C Salt
- 1C Flour
- 1/4 C Oil
- 3 T cream of tarter
- 2C Boiling Water
When we use contact paper, I gather a variety of items for the children to put on the paper. We use everything from feathers to sequins to ribbon.
When we are learning our colors, I put out a variety of things that are the color for the day. The same applies if we are learning our shapes or numbers. This can also be adapted to use for holiday celebrations-Christmas, Valentines Day, 4th of July, etc.
