Craft Brewing

Course Offerings

In addition to the University General Education (GE) requirements students must complete the following course work. It should be noted that many courses require prerequisites. It is imperative that each student meets with his or her assigned faculty advisor each quarter prior to registration. Please note: completion of these classes does not guarantee admission to the Craft Brewing degree program. You must be accepted into the major before you can take the Craft Brewing Core classes.
