What is CPORT?

CPORT is a communication management system that allows cross-media communications to prospective students, continuing students and alumni for the purpose of recruiting, retention, and outreach.

CPORT provides targeted communications, and because it is linked with student, course, advising, and faculty data, each student receives only the information that is pertinent to them.

CPORT can also provided targeted communications by campus, major, alumni, and to special groups of students. Additionally, it is designed to work for academic departments, administrators, advising, faculty, and staff to promote their programs and services.
