Conference Program

Kairos Lyceum

This 10 day chamber music workshop for advanced high school and college musicians features performances of great literature.  World-class experts in dance, acting and singing will help these primarily string players and pianists to craft their musical intentions through the use of other art forms, at times juxtaposing these with the pieces themselves.  The Kairos Quartet will coach individual ensembles to a high level of musical artistry and Dr. Nik Caoile will lead the Lyceum Chamber Orchestra.  Performances free and open to the public will be given 1:30pm on Wednesday, July 20th at the Hal Holmes Community Center, Friday July 22nd at 7pm in the Music Building Concert Hall and Saturday July 23rd at 2pm in the Music Building Recital Hall.
