12:00 PM - Graduates arrive at ShoWare Center no later than NOON and begin lining up.
12:50 PM - Processional lines begin moving toward arena
1:00 PM - Processional of Faculty and Students enter arena
1:00 PM - Commencement Ceremony
3:00 PM - Recessional of Faculty and Graduates exit arena
WHEN and WHERE TO ARRIVE?
Students participating in commencement need to arrive no later than noon on Sunday, June 9th at the ShoWare Center. All graduates should enter through the receiving area (fenced area) located on the north side of ShoWare and check-in at the registration table. Family and friends should proceed directly to the entrances of the main arena. Marching begins at 12:50 p.m. sharp.
