Continuing Education Course Proposal Form

Thank you for your interest in working with CWU Continuing Education! Please complete the following information if you'd like to offer a course with us. Course proposals are accepted on an ongoing basis. Continuing Education staff will use the information provided to assist in scheduling Non-Credit Courses for Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer quarter offerings.  If your course is accepted, a Program Manager will contact you to coordinate the details of the course and gather any additional information.

Please provide the amount of compensation you would like to receive for instruction of this course. This can be an hourly rate or a lump sum payment. This will be used to get an idea of the budget for the course and can be negotiable or change if necessary. Thank you!
