TARGET POPULATION: At-risk or offender youth (8-18 years old)
MISSION STATEMENT: We serve our community by guiding individuals and families to not become part of the juvenile justice system, to be diverted from the juvenile justice system, or as ordered by the Court. We do this in a way seeking to maximize youth developing and maintaining good citizenship through the least intrusive, but most effective intervention possible.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES/PROGRAM OBJECTIVE: We provide At-Risk Youth and truancy assistance, diversion from formal court, and supervision of court orders. We develop knowledge of individual youth by investigating, interviewing, assessing and defining resources to be able to provide the Juvenile Court with recommendations for individual sentencing. Then we supervise compliance with court orders to hold youth accountable, provide strength-building interventions, and protect the community.
