2005-2006 Baseline Assessment 

The Assessment Committee is now inactive, but reconvenes periodically to evaluate the CCC and collaborate with local programs to assess effectiveness in reducing underage and high-risk drinking. 

Baseline indicators were established in 2005-2006; a comprehensive review was conducted in 2008.
