Peppered Bacon with roasted red pepper, tomato, Green leaf lettuce, and a cilantro lime mayonnaise.  Served with chefs choice salad, or Tim’s Cascade potato chips. Served with coffee, decaffeinated coffee, hot tea, and iced tea.

Deli Sandwich $11/serving
Choice of one for whole group; turkey and Swiss, ham and Swiss, or roast beef and cheddar. Served on wheat bread with lettuce and tomato. Mayonnaise, mustard and Dijon served on the side. Includes a garden salad with chef's choice dressing or Tim's Cascade potato chips. Served with coffee, decaffeinated coffee, hot tea, and iced tea.

Chef's Choice Wrap of the Day $12/serving
A blend of chef's choice items wrapped in a flavored tortilla. Served with a garden salad with chef's choice dressing or Tim's Cascade potato chips. Includes coffee, decaffeinated coffee, hot tea, and iced tea.

Rich and spicy Thai inspired coconut curry with sautéed vegetables, jasmine rice, fresh cilantro and basil. Served with coffee, decaffeinated coffee, hot tea, and iced tea.

Fall Special
Grilled Sage crusted Chicken $16.00/serving
Grilled  4 oz chicken breast served with sautéed green beans and a rosemary scented sweet potato and sweet onion hash.  Served with a roasted fuji apple and an allspice glaze. 
 

Beef


Top Sirloin Steak Sandwich $15/serving
Grilled Medium rare with sea salt and cracked black pepper, sliced thin with caramelized onions and roasted mushrooms, then topped with melted swiss cheese, then finished with a rosemary garlic mayo. 
Comes with a side salad or Tims Cascade Potato Chips
Includes coffee, decaffeinated coffee, hot tea, and iced tea.

Chimichurri Grilled steak and Polenta $18/serving
Grilled  4oz Culotte Sirloin served over a roasted garlic polenta cake with baby arugula, roasted peppers, charred red onion, grilled seasonal vegetable, and freshly made Roasted red pepper Chimmi Churri.
 

Vegetarian


Chef's Choice Vegetarian Entree $14/serving
Chef's choice side dishes will be served to compliment the entree choice. Includes a garden salad with chef's choice dressing, coffee, decaffeinated coffee, hot tea, and iced tea.

Classic Bolognese $15/ serving
Beef and Pork slow cooked with aromatics, fresh tomato, garlic, and red wine.  Tossed with pasta and finished with fresh basil and parmesan cheese.  Served with toasted bread.
 
Chicken Picatta  $14/serving  Sub Prawns $16/serving
Pan seared chicken sliced thin tossed with linguini, and parmesan in a white wine garlic caper sauce.  Finished with fresh basil and spinach.  Served with toasted bread.

Sundried Tomato Penne Pasta $14/person  Add chicken $2  Add Prawns $4
Sundried tomatoes sautéed with shallot, fresh garlic, chili flake, and artichoke hearts.  Deglazed with white wine and finished with feta cheese and fresh herbs.   Served with toasted bread.

Thai Noodle Prawn Salad  $14/ serving
Rice noodles dressed with sweet chili, and soy, then tossed with charred scallion, shredded cabbage, carrot, peppers, cucumber, mint, cilantro, and basil.  Topped with grilled prawns and crispy fried onion straws.
