Lunch Buffets are available from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. All orders include paper plates or bowls, plastic silverware, serving utensils, napkins, and appropriate accompaniments. Each buffet includes assorted soda and bottled water each for half the total count. China service is available for an additional fee of $2 per person, which will require additional service staff at $15 per hour per server. Sandwich and Salad Bar Buffet  $12.75/serving

Assorted mini croissant sandwiches including roast beef and pepper jack, turkey and Swiss, and ham and cheddar. Vegetarian available upon request. Mixed tossed greens, tomatoes, broccoli florets, baby carrots, croutons with assorted dressings. Also includes Tim's Cascade potato chips. Minimum order of 12 servings and maximum order of 50 servings. Add chef's choice vegetarian soup for an additional $2 per serving.

An Assortment of our turkey BLT, chicken Caesar and Mediterranean wrap sandwiches served on a platter. Includes chef's choice salad and Tim's Cascade potato chips. Minimum order of ten servings and maximum order of 50 servings.

Mini Croissant Sandwich Buffet  $12.75/serving

An assortment of Black Forest ham and cheddar, roast beef and pepper jack, and turkey and Swiss mini croissants garnished with  Dijonnaise. Includes chef's choice salad and Tim's Cascade potato chips. Minimum order of ten servings and maximum order of 50 servings.

Mixed greens, croutons, sliced mushrooms, broccoli and cauliflower florets, baby carrots, tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and chicken salad with assorted ranch, thousand island, and Italian dressings. Deli Buffet  $12.50/serving

Deli-sliced roast beef, turkey, and Black Forest ham. Cheddar, pepper jack, Swiss and Provolone cheeses. Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and hummus with assorted specialty breads, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Also includes two chef's choice salads and Tim's Cascade potato chips. Minimum order of 12 servings and maximum order of 30 servings. Add Chef's choice vegetarian soup for an additional $2 per serving.

Meatloaf Buffet  $13.50/serving

House-made meatloaf (2 slices per serving), roasted red potatoes, chef's choice seasonal vegetables, and green salad with assorted dressings. Includes rolls and butter. Minimum order of ten servings and maximum order of 30 servings.

Fried Chicken Buffet  $13.50/serving

Fried chicken (2 pieces per serving), whipped potatoes, chicken gravy, chef's choice seasonal vegetables, corn muffins, and honey butter. Minimum order of 12 servings and maximum order of 30 servings.

Stuffed Pasta Shells Buffet  $12.75/serving

Ricotta-stuffed shells with marinara sauce (2 per serving), Caesar salad, chef's choice seasonal vegetables, and garlic bread. Minimum order of 12 servings and maximum order of 30 servings.
