Each buffet includes coffee, decaffeinated coffee, and hot tea. China service and linens.
 

The Executive  $32.50/serving

Herb-crusted 8 oz cut of prime rib, horseradish, au jus, roasted salmon, spring mix salad with assorted dressings, garlic and dill roasted red potatoes, fresh seasonal vegetables, la Brea rolls, and butter. Minimum order 15 servings.

The Mediterranean  $23.75/serving

Hummus chicken breast with cucumber and roasted tomato relish, roasted pork tenderloin kabobs, marinated greek salad, lemon herb orzo, roasted seasonal vegetables, dinner rolls, and butter. Minimum order 30 servings.

The Southwest  $23.75/serving

Grilled carne asada,tequila lime chicken, fajita vegetables, flour tortillas, rice, roasted corn salad, fresh tortilla chips, house-made salsa. Minimum order 30 servings.

The Italian  $18/serving

Eggplant marinara, penne pasta, marinara sauce, pesto sauce, shredded parmesan cheese, Caesar salad, and hand-cut baguettes. Minimum order 15 servings. Substitute homemade beef lasagna for the eggplant marinara for an additional $4.
