Enjoy the outdoor cooking experience with one of our barbecue selections. The Catering staff will cook on-site and supply servers for an additional fee. Paper plates, plastic silverware, serving utensils, and equipment to keep your food safe. Beverages are not included.
 

The Cub Barbecue

$11.00/serving
 
Includes beef hot dogs, 1/4 pound hamburgers, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, chopped white onion,  pickles, Tim's Cascade potato chips, and assorted whole fresh fruit. Minimum order 30 servings.
 
Chef Fee: $15 per hour
Server Fee: $15 per hour
BBQ Setup Fee: $25


The Wildcat BBQ

Includes beef hot dogs, 1/4 pound* hamburgers, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce,
sliced tomato, chopped white onions, pickles,  fresh seasonal fruit salad, Chefs choice seasonal salad, , vegetarian baked beans, and brownies.
 
Chef Fee: $15 per hour
Server Fee: $15 per hour
BBQ Setup Fee: $25

*Substitute a 1/3 pound hamburger for an additional $.75. Add caramelized onions and mushrooms for an additional $.75. Minimum order 45 servings.

-Add artisanal cheeses for an Additional $1.00 /serving
-Add Smoked Peppered Bacon for Additional $1.00 /serving


The Wellington BBQ

$19.00/serving
 
Choice of one meat:
-Slow cooked fall off the bone pork ribs,

-Mexican Spiced pulled pork sandwich with a pasilla pepper and cabbage slaw

-1/3 pound hand formed  beef patty with a roasted Jalapeno, cabbage slaw, sharp cheddar, and a cilantro lime mayo served on a toasted potato bun. 
*Add caramelized onions, garlic and thyme mushrooms, specialty cheeses, or  peppered bacon for an additional $1.00 for each item.

-Red Wine marinated  Flank steak cooked medium rare and sliced thin at event.  Served with a roasted red pepper chimmi churri sauce. 
 
Buffet also includes fresh seasonal vegetables, corn muffins, honey butter, roasted herb red potatoes, and assorted dessert bars

Choice of two meats add $7. Add 8 oz Top Sirloin steak for $7 or grilled salmon for market price. Minimum order 45 servings.
