Enjoy the outdoor cooking experience with one of our barbecue selections. The Catering staff will cook on-site and supply buffet attendants, paper plates, plastic silverware, serving utensils, and equipment to keep your food safe. Beverages are not included.

The Cub Barbecue  $9.50/serving

Includes beef hot dogs, 1/4 pound hamburgers, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, chopped white onion, Tim's Cascade potato chips, and assorted whole fresh fruit. Minimum order 30 servings.

The Wildcat BBQ  $11.75/serving

Includes beef hot dogs, 1/4 pound* hamburgers, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce,
sliced tomato, chopped white onions, fresh seasonal fruit salad, green salad, assorted salad dressings, vegetarian baked beans, and brownies.

 

*Substitute a 1/3 pound hamburger for an additional $.75. Add caramelized onions and mushrooms for an additional $.50. Minimum order 45 servings.

The Wellington BBQ  $16.50/serving

Choice of one meat: country-style pork ribs, pork short ribs, barbecue pork sandwich, or boneless, skinless breast of chicken.

Choice of two salads: three bean, coleslaw, broccoli Suzi, marinated Greek, tri-colored rotini.

Buffet also includes fresh seasonal vegetables, corn muffins, honey butter, dilled red potatoes, assorted Nanaimo bars

Choice of two meats add $5. Add 8 oz New York steak or apple-smoked salmon for market price. Add caramelized onions and mushrooms for an additional $.50. Minimum order 45 servings.
