Good food and drink, deliciously prepared and creatively presented, will make your guests feel welcomed. We recognize this as our foremost pursuit.  Our goal is to consistently offer the highest quality customer service, dining satisfaction and convenience to our faculty, staff, students and guests of the University.

Our services include:

  • buffet or sit-down breakfasts
  • lunches and dinners, seated or boxed "to-go"
  • mid morning and afternoon breaks
  • receptions, with or without meal service
Our catering planner will work with you to develop the menu that best suits your event. You may select traditional favorites or customize your menu design with our special detailed suggestions. Select from main courses, hot dishes, cold platters and an extensive array of appetizers and salads to compliment the presentation. For meetings and conferences, full service breaks can be planned with a wide assortment of lighter fare and popular beverages.

Full service catering is available at most campus locations.

Placing an Order

All campus departments must submit an electronic service request form with a Project ID number and an authorized signature or call 963-1302 for more information.

Contact us early to take advantage of the maximum amount of service available for your event. Though 10 days lead time is helpful for ensuring your event preferences, within 72 hours is also acceptable. For other timelines please contact the catering office directly; if at all possible, we would like to accommodate you.

CWU Catering is not responsible for providing an event facility. It is the client's responsibility to secure an event site either in a Catering dining room or with Student Union Operations and Scheduling Center. Typically, there will be an additional charge associated with the use of a campus facility. You may contact The Catering Office at 963-1302 or the Scheduling Center at 963-1321 to secure a facility for your event.
