1. Participants MUST complete the EMS Course register form available in the Clubs Accounting Office , SURC 263.  Check the class(s) you want to attend.
2. Participants are required to pay the course fees prior to registration, at the Clubs Accounting Office in SURC 263 (963-1327). No payment will be taken at the start of the training sessions, no exceptions. Cash or Check ONLY. No refunds.
3. To register for the class, participants MUST bring the form with the Accounting Office's verification of payment, to Career Services in Bouillon, 206.
