Ms. Bjerkestrand is a CWU graduate and the owner of the <a href="http://nwprotocol.com/" target="_blank">Northwest School of Protocol</a> located in Spokane, Washington.&nbsp; She has presented seminars and developed programs for corporations, universities, and independent firms in both the public and private sectors.&nbsp; Her programs build strong foundations of civility, professional and personal polish, and leadership skills.</p><p>New this year, pre-dinner networking event!
