What is a Connection Card?

• CWU Identification Card
• Meal Card for all Dining Services locations
• Library Card to check out books
• Use in University Store as a debit card
• Copy Card
• Access Card: to Brooklane Laundry, Brooklane Daycare, Science Building, Black Hall
• To use for laundry in Brooklane Village Laundry

***All students, faculty and staff are required to have a CWU Connection Card.

Replacing Lost Connection Card

• Report lost card to the Connection Card Office
• Card will be deactivated
• Replace lost card in Connection Card Office
• $20 to replace the card (Sue Lombard, Kamola, Wendell Hill Hall, Beck, and Barto residents: $35 to replace lost card)
• Fee may be charged to Student Account
• Old card is invalidated as soon as new card is created and printed

• Change meal plan during ADD/DROP PERIOD ONLY
• Answer questions about Dining charges
• Charge off-campus meal plans to Financial Aid for each quarter
• Pick up Student Teaching ID badges
• ID badges for Dining Services, Computer Support Services, University Store, Conference and Retail Services
