Mental Health Awareness Month
It's Mental Health Awareness Month! Follow the Wellness Center on social media this week as their peer health educators post about different aspects of wellbeing and how they tie into mental health. Topics include healthy relationships, substance use, sexual assault, nutrition, exercise and body image. All material is produced by the Wellness Center's peer health educators.

Traditions Keeper

Timely MD Service
Free 24/hr services are now available at Campus.Health! You can also call CWU Student Health Services (963-1881) or Student Counseling Services (963-1391) Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. to access services.

Intramural E-Sports Registration
Intramural E-Sports are launching this spring to keep students engaged through virtual intramural sport alternative offerings. Registration is free and offered all quarter long, through May 28! E-Sports offered include: FIFA, Madden, NBA2k, Rocket League, Super Smash Bros Ultimate, and Fortnite. Contact Recreation to register.

Spring Group X Schedule
Recreation is offering virtual workout classes to students this quarter. Visit the Rec homepage or www.cwu.edu/groupx/schedule for the Zoom links.

Trick Shot Contest
April 20 - May 15 • Virtual, CWU students
Tag @CWURecreation with #CWUTrickShot to enter the trick shot contest. Each contest participant can enter a maximum of two videos in total. This can be two videos for one category, or one video for each category. Categories for competing are 1: Basketball Trick Shot – must be done on a regulation basketball hoop either indoors or outdoors 2: Miscellaneous trick shot – use your imagination to come up with a creative shot such as indoor golf putting/chipping, soccer shots, indoor over-the-door basketball hoop, ping-pong balls, socks in the laundry basket, etc.

Virtual Career Fair
May 11-15  • Virtual • Free, CWU students, alumni
The CWU 2020 Virtual Career Fair recruitment is for students and alumni seeking job, internship and graduate school opportunities. Companies and agencies will recruit for all academic disciplines. This virtual career fair is an opportunity for employers and students to live chat - text only - in a safe, virtual environment. Students who RSVP will be able to include their resume in a resume book for participating employers. Learn more at cwu.edu/career.
