Have questions about filling out your ballot? Want more information on the candidates and issues? Visit the Election Assistance Center (EAC) Monday, Nov. 5 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, Nov. 6 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in SURC 137.
Sponsored by the ASCWU-BOD and the Center for Leadership and Community Engagement, the EAC will have computers available to print ballots, along with a display full of information on the candidates and issues. First-time voters are encouraged to bring in their absentee ballots and be walked through the voting process to address any questions on how to properly fill it out.
Don’t forget, voters can also drop off ballots at the new permanent ballot box located on the edge of the SURC east patio. Any registered voter can use it, no matter the home county. No need for postage! The Kittitas County Auditor will handle postage and delivery. Voters have until 8 p.m. Tues, Nov. 6 to drop off their ballots.
