Vote and Watch the Election without Leaving Campus!

Get your vote counted and celebrate democracy in action! The Student BOD and the Center for Leadership and Community Engagement (CLCE) are hosting a number of events to make voting fun and easy this presidential election (Tuesday, November 6).

Election Assistance Center
Monday, November 5 – Election Day
9 am – 9 pm (8 pm Tuesday)
SURC 137 A&B
Use any of the available stations to locate the ballot of your home county on MyVote. Then, print it off, fill it out and submit it—all without leaving the room and completely free of cost! Kittitas County Auditor Jerry Pettit will stop by at regular intervals to collect and officially submit votes.
Note: You must be a registered voter of Washington State to use MyVote.

Election Night Bash
Election Day
7:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Celebrate the final leg of the election with other civically active students as well as several VIPs, potentially including Kittitas County Auditor Jerry Pettit, Mayor of Ellensburg Bruce Tabb, CWU President James Gaudino, the City Council of Ellensburg, and the ASCWU BOD. The CLCE and CWU Catering will provide light refreshments.

Presidential Election Coverage
Election Day
8 am – 11 pm
Televisions in the Pit will be playing election coverage all day on Election Day.

On-Campus Ballot Box
There is now a permanent, year-round ballot box located on the SURC East Patio.
