1. WASH YOUR HANDS for at least 20 seconds using soap and warm water.
2. Don’t touch your face. Germs on your hands can enter your body through the eyes, nose and mouth.
3. Don’t share food or drinks.
4. Get plenty of sleep and drink plenty of water.
5. STAY AT HOME if you are sick!
