Are your employees set up for success? Performance management is a continuous cycle that includes goal setting, coaching, developing, feedback, and recognition. In this working session you’ll learn how to:

•    Write and revisit SMART goals
•    Create development plans for employee growth and organizational needs
•    Migrate paper-based PDPs to ePerformance or get started in ePerformance
•    Ensure performance management is not just a once-a-year event

Working Sessions are Scheduled on Monday, July 10, from 9am-11am and Thursday, July 13, from 2pm-4pm.  Both sessions will be in Shaw-Smyser 218
