It’s become a daily ritual to delete copious amounts of spam out of our inboxes. While we can’t completely get rid of it, we can tone it down. CWU subscribes to the Precise Mail anti-spam tool. This tool allows end-users to:
1. Have control over how they want their external, non-cwu, mail processed, with more or less being sent to GroupWise.
2. Add entries on their Allow list so expected mail goes straight to GroupWise, without getting hung up in Precise Mail.
There will be doing a short demonstration on Precise Mail next Tuesday morning (November 26) using a Blackboard Collaborate session. You can register for this class through your own Safari account via the Wildcat Connection or by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
