Flu season is upon us! Following these tips from The Center for Disease Control can help prevent the spread of illness:
Wash your hands often with soap and water, or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth as this is an easy way for germs to spread.
Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
If you are sick with flu-like illness, stay home for at least 24 hours after your fever is gone (with the exception of getting medical care).
While sick, limit contact with others as much as possible.
