A true story taking place in the early 1970s, this movie follows a newly appointed African-American football coach and his high school team on their first season as a racially integrated unit. The football coach teaches his players to trust each other and eventually becomes a unifying symbol for their community. Starring Denzel Washington, Will Patton and Wood Harris.
