This supervisor training covers 16 hours of the required 24-hour supervisor training per the CWU Policy and the Washington Administrative Code (WAC). At this workshop she will be covering performance management, just-cause feedback, the role and legal responsibilities of a supervisor, coaching, and compensation practices. The trainer, Cheryl Middleton, is a lawyer with over 12 years experience in the employment law arena. This depth of experience allows her to apply real case studies to the workshop. She also is an energetic and enthusiastic facilitator who uses her wit to engage her audience.
