GroupWise Mailboxes Migrating this Labor Day Weekend!
CWU is moving forward with the replacement of GroupWise with Microsoft Outlook. Users (faculty/staff/students) mailboxes will be migrated to Outlook this Labor Day Weekend.
Although Outlook will be available for use during this weekend migration, some messages and features may not be available until the migration is complete. Your mailbox will be fully functional by Tuesday, September 2nd 5 a.m.
Mobile connections to your CWU email account will need to be re-established as part of the migration to Microsoft Outlook. Instructions are on the project website.
There is a small number of users who will be excluded from the main migration as they have activities related to the Fair/Rodeo.
If you do not have Outlook on your CWU computer, we will be installing it remotely. For MAC users who do not have Outlook contact our CWU Help Desk to get it installed.
Note: You can use OWA (Outlook Web App) when traveling or working remotely or if you are using a computer that does not have the Outlook Client installed. The link to it is https://mail.cwu.edu/owa It will be available on CWU's main website and also as a link within MyCWU.
