Germany and the European Union is a two-week series of events dedicated to informing and debating about the past, present and future of the EU, and to opening opportunities for all students, faculty and community members to study, work, cooperate and do business in Germany and the EU.

All events are free and open to the general public.

November 14 @ 7 p.m.
Film screening of “Run Lola Run" (R) in Lind 104
The difference between life and death is a split second - so she has to run.


November 15 @ 7 p.m.
Film screening of “Almanya: Welcome to Germany" (NR) in Lind 104
The funny tale of three generations of Turkish immigrants to Germany. This German film has rarely made it to the US for screenings, so this is a rare treat for the CWU community!


November 16 from 6-8 p.m. in the Science II Planetarium
"The Future of the EU" Roundtable and Reception
Join prominent figures and CWU faculty as we discuss the past, present and future of the EU. Joining the roundtable is Klaus Botzet, Kurt Hübner and Nico Lange.
